How does the per-seat pricing work?

You buy a number of seats — one per employee. The bigger your team, the cheaper each seat costs. For example, on the Starter plan, 50 employees costs $7 × 50 = $350/year. 200 employees costs $5.60 × 200 = $1,120/year (because 200 falls in the 101–500 bracket).

Can I add more employees later?

Yes. You can add seats anytime. We'll bill the difference for the time remaining on your current year. If you cross into a cheaper price bracket (e.g., from 99 employees to 105), the new price kicks in immediately.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel anytime. Your team keeps access until the end of your paid year, then it ends. We don't auto-renew without telling you — we'll email a reminder 30 days before.

Do you offer monthly billing?

Not right now. All plans are billed once a year. We chose annual-only because it lets us keep prices low and predictable — no payment-processor fees eating into your training budget every month.

Can we try before we buy?

Every course has a free preview video on its course page. You can watch the previews to decide if our training fits your team. We don't offer free trials of the full platform — but you can cancel and get a refund within 14 days of signup if it doesn't work for you.

What's the difference between "Custom-branded training" and regular training?

Custom-branded means your company logo, colors, and name appear on the training pages your employees see (instead of ours). Some clients want their training to feel like an in-house tool; if you don't care about that, you don't need it.
